Ready, Set, Tee Off!! Ocala Civic Theatre Golf Tournament

FORE!!  The players are set to go for the 24th Annual Golf Tournament to benefit the Ocala Civic Theatre. Ford Lincoln of Ocala has been a corporate sponsor each year providing players an opportunity to drive home a new Ford. The only catch is they have to hit a HOLE-IN-ONE from over 165 yards to do so. The Ocala Civic Theatre is a non-profit organization that casts local actors in well-known off and on Broadway shows. Our own Chip Morris, sales consultant and critically acclaimed thespian can often be seen on stage or backstage as director. Catch a show by visiting ocalacivictheatre.com or call (352) 236-2274 for ticket information.

Ford Lincoln of Ocala Takes To The Sky

This past weekend Ford Lincoln of Ocala and hundreds of airplane enthusiasts experienced history with the arrival of the Experimental Aviation Association's (EAA) "Fly The Ford, Wings Over Ocala" Tour. The exhibit featured a 1929 Ford Tri-Motor aircraft known as the "Tin Goose" accompanied by an authentic World War II B-17 Bomber nicknamed "The Flying Fortress." Tickets were available to the public to enjoy rides on both aircrafts.

Also at the show was a collection of beautifully restored vintage warbirds documenting the history of our nations air power in days gone by. Alongside the aircraft was an array of over 200 cherished collector cars & trucks for the public to enjoy. An equal amount of excitement centered around the assembly of a 2015 Mustang, Built Ford Tough F-150, and a PowerStroke Diesel F-350 Super-Duty all not to be outdone by the beautifully sculptured 2015 Lincoln MKZ. Be sure and watch for the next opportunity to witness history when the Ford Tri-Motor returns to the area.

10th Annual Harley Group Toy Run

For the past ten years Ford Lincoln of Ocala has teamed up with the Harley Owners Group of Ocala to insure children in our community a gift for Christmas. Hundreds of motorcycle owners gathered at the Harley Davidson store in Ocala Sunday, along with the support of City and County police officers and the City of Ocala Fire Department who escorted two Ford Lincoln of Ocala Ford F-150’s filled with toys to the Downtown Square where dozens of children anxiously awaited the arrival of Santa to distribute the toys.

The first year the effort was able to provide gifts for twenty-five children and through the support of businesses throughout the community the effort this year provided gifts for over two hundred thirty-two.
